Yes. I operate as a fully registered UK business with public liability insurance, certified food hygiene qualifications, and a kitchen registered with the local authority, which is rated as 5 star. All cakes are produced in line with current food safety and allergen regulations.

I specialise in luxury novelty 3D celebration cakes and sculpted 3D corporate cakes. I operate a minimum spend of £200.00 (excluding delivery) for all cake orders. In May, June and July 2026, Cake King will be offering monthly treat boxes which are priced at £19.00 (excluding delivery), for clients who want a slice of Cake King magic but do not need to order a novelty cake.

Yes - All of my cakes can be delivered across the UK. Unfortunately I do not provide delivery outside of the UK.

Bank transfer is preferred, however if you are local then you are more than welcome to pay by cash. For global clients, an IBAN and BIC number will be provided on the invoice.

Cake King cakes taste best if ate within 3 days of the event as this gives you the freshest taste. Make sure you store any left over cake in an air tight box as it will stop the cake from drying out.

Cake King UK does not offer allergen‑free baking. Our kitchen is small and handles common allergens daily, so we cannot guarantee zero cross‑contamination. This protects you and us. Cake King UK does not offer refunds once an order is placed, as all cakes are freshly made, perishable and created to order. As our policy states, “we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change‑of‑mind requests once an order has been placed. It is essential that all clients check dates and events before placing and order.”

Cake King UK may use photos, videos or images sent to us for marketing, social media and promotional purposes without compensation. By sending us media, you confirm you have the rights to share it and give us permission to use it, without compensation to you or a representative.

By placing an order with Cake King UK, you agree to our terms: all cakes are handmade, perishable and may vary slightly from photos. As your policy states, “there may occasionally be slight differences in appearance, decoration, topping, colour, slicing or presentation.”  Orders are only accepted when dispatched, and we may cancel before dispatch if a product is unavailable, mispriced or cannot be fulfilled. Prices are in GBP and must be paid in full at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather or events outside our control. You must provide an accurate delivery address; we cannot refund failed deliveries caused by incorrect details. Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of our products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly with photos so we can assess a replacement or refund.
